Order Withdrawal

Effective: 28 July 2026

1. Before dispatch

Submit a withdrawal request via Track & Support before the courier collects the parcel. Prepaid amounts are refunded within 5–7 business days once the desk confirms the stop.

2. After pick-up

Once a packet leaves the seed hub, cancellation follows the Packet Return Desk policy instead.

3. Seasonal demand

For peak sowing windows, we recommend placing orders at least 72 hours in advance. Same-day changes may not be possible once packets are allocated.
