Sowing Desk Terms

1. Welcome to the seed desk

These terms govern your access to ANQORYX MARKETS and every order of HSN 1209 sowing seeds including vegetable, flower, forage, fruit, herb, spice and specialty nursery seed packets placed through our online storefront. By browsing, registering, or checking out, you accept these terms in full.

2. Merchant identity

PATHAN RAHIM KHAN, GSTIN No trades as ANQORYX MARKETS. Our studio address is OFFICE NO 4, GROUND FLOOR, CITY MALL, NEW LINK ROAD, ANDHERI WEST, MUMBAI, MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA, 400053. We operate as a sowing-seed retailer supplying HSN 1209 planting stock for personal gardens, farms, and nursery use.

3. Catalogue representation

Our catalogue lists HSN 1209 sowing seeds including vegetable, flower, forage, fruit, herb, spice and specialty nursery seed packets. Photographs show representative seed lots; natural variation in seed size, colour, and packet artwork is normal across harvests and print batches.

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and correspond to the packet size on each product card.
• High-demand cultivars may be temporarily unavailable.
• Packets are sold for sowing; germination depends on soil, climate, and care — crop yield is never guaranteed.

4. Account verification

Checkout requires an email-verified profile. Buyers under 18 need a guardian to complete payment.

5. Settlement

• Orders confirm when prepaid funds settle or COD is accepted on screen.
• Accepted methods: UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and COD where serviceable.
• COD surcharges appear before you confirm the basket.

6. Seed storage & viability

Seeds are living botanical products. Keep packets cool, dry, and sealed until sowing. We cannot guarantee identical germination rates in every growing environment.
