ANQORYX MARKETS is committed to transparent handling of personal data. This charter describes what we collect when you shop for sowing seeds and how that information is used and safeguarded.

2. Information categories

• Identity: name, email, phone number supplied at registration or checkout.
• Delivery: shipping address and pin code for courier routing.
• Transaction: order IDs, payment method type, amounts and timestamps.
• Support: messages submitted through Track & Support or contact forms.

3. How data is used

We use personal data solely to verify accounts, process seed orders, coordinate courier delivery, respond to seed desk enquiries, prevent fraud, and improve catalogue accuracy. We do not sell personal data to advertising networks.

4. Retention

Order records are retained for statutory accounting periods. You may request correction of inaccurate profile fields by emailing Anqoryxmarkets@gmail.com.
